Mardi is a generalist HR practitioner having worked in Human Resources positions across a range of industry sectors over the past 19 years, most recently in educational settings. She joined Geelong College in 2014 to oversee all HR operations, and is excited to bring her experience to this evolving function at The College. Mardi believes that at the heart of an engaged and productive workforce is the relationship an employee has with their manager and the community they work in every day.
