Doug started teaching at The Geelong College in 1987 and has worked mostly in the Years 4,5 and 6 area, with a short stint in Year 7. He has been involved in the development of the unique programs. He has a particular interest in the consideration and development of the whole child – social, emotional and intellectual. In his current role as Year 4,5,6 Co-ordinator he oversees administration, curriculum and welfare in the primary area.
