COVID-19 Update

We continue to closely monitor the updates from the Government, Lifesaving Victoria, the Department of Education and other sources of information on COVID-19 and unfortunately, some aspects of our operations will remain closed under the government regulations, until further notice.

The Centre will roll out a staged approach for lap swimming members only with stage 2 which will include a modified Learn-to-Swim program and a Holiday Intensive Learn-to-Swim program to begin from Monday 6 July - see below for more details. We are currently planning how we can manage these restrictions and put in best practice procedures with our main focuses being hygiene and a safe environment for members and staff.

The Centre will not be taking new memberships during this stage.

All Learn to Swim Classes will resume starting Week 2 of the school term, Monday 20 July.

There will be a staggered start to classes due to the Government’s current restriction of 20 swimmers in the pool at any one time.

Squad, Pre-squad & Adult Classes will resume class by class at some stage during Term 3 when restrictions have eased and/ or where low class numbers have been confirmed.

Diving Classes will not recommence until Term 4
Check your emails on Friday 19 June where you will be given the opportunity to Accept, Decline, or Change your time for Term 3.

  • If you indicate that you are returning as per your Term 2 times/days, you will be notified of the amount owed and be asked to make a phone payment for the remainder of your fees, to secure your position. (Please wait until you are contacted before you ring.)
  • If you request a time change you will be notified individually when this process is undertaken.
  • If you are in a class that will be resuming at some stage during Term 3 you will still need to Accept, Decline or change your time so that class numbers can be verified. You will be notified of the amount owing when your class has been given a starting date so that we can determine your fees on a pro rata basis. You will also be required to make a phone payment before your commencement date.
  • Diving students will not receive the information regarding acceptance of time until the end of Term 3, in preparation for Term 4.

If families wish to have their deposits or term payments refunded, you can apply for a request of credit here.
