Refunds on donations, events and merchandise may be given upon written request to THE GEELONG COLLEGE by the purchaser. If a refund is given, the THE GEELONG COLLEGE may retain any service or like fee it has charged. Requests for refund/s may be directed to accountspayable@geelongcollege.vic.edu.au

A full refund will only be honoured and credited to the nominated credit card should cancellation be made 48 hours before the event or in the case of a donation or merchandise within 48 hours of depositing the funds. Refunds will not be honoured by The Geelong College if cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the event or function, or alternatively 48 hours after depositing a donation. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
