The Geelong College Foundation

The Geelong College Foundation was established in 1987 to assist the Council of The Geelong College to encourage and foster the financial support of past students, current parents and friends of the College for the benefit of the College including the preservation, improvement and development of its educational offering and facilities. The Foundation is overseen by a Board of Management under the guidance of The Geelong College School Council.

Foundation membership can now be taken up in any of the categories listed below.

As part of this membership structure, all donations made to the school, including those made to the building fund through the school fee account, accrue toward your level of membership.

Patrons
$100,000 or $250,000 notified Bequest

Benefactors
$25,000 or $100,000 notified Bequest

Fellows
$10,000 or $50,000 notified Bequest

Life Members
$5,000 OR $20,000 notified Bequest

Annual members
$500 (membership lasts for the 12 month period after the donation is made)

Foundation members are a most valued part of our College community and it is important for us to recognise their very generous contribution appropriately. With this in mind, a new recognition program has been developed and will be implemented from 2007 to acknowledge our members. Of course, any member who wishes to remain anonymous may do so.

For further information about The Geelong College Foundation contact Mrs Theresa Best, Director of Community Relations and Development. Ph: (03) 5226 3123.
